When visiting Kuala Lumpur, it is a must to stop by the iconic twin buildings… the Petronas Towers! The Malaysian twin towers stand 452 meters/1,483 feet tall, and it was designed by an American architect, Cesar Pelli.
Currently, the Petronas Towers are ranked the 12th tallest building in the world. Even though the roof of the towers are lower than the Willis Tower in Chicago (rank #14), the antennas were accounted into the buildings’ height and gave it a higher ranking!
For less than $17 dollars you can purchase a ticket up to the SkyBridge and Observation Deck. Opening hours are from 9am to 9pm, Tuesdays to Sundays (closed 1:00pm-2:30pm Fridays).
