My name is Melody. I was born in Hong Kong, raised in New York City, and now working in Las Vegas.
With a love for travel and an interest in the food & beverage sector of hospitality, I combine my passions into one. I continue to travel worldwide to gain international food & beverage experiences, and then apply my new knowledge I’ve gained to my professional life here in Las Vegas. I’ve visited over 33 countries at the age of 23, and I strive to observe and analyze different hotel and restaurant operations globally. Through my oversea experiences I learn to communicate with locals in both professional and personal setting despite cultural and language barriers.
